Big Changes Ahead: OneTemp is Moving to a New Location!

We’re pleased to share that OneTemp is relocating to a brand-new office and warehouse! This move marks an exciting chapter for us as we continue to grow and improve our service to you. Here’s everything you need to know about our transition.

New Address

From Monday, 24th February, our operations will officially resume at 47 Greenhill Road, Wayville SA. This will be the new home for our warehouse, workshop, and office.

Important Dates to Keep in Mind

- The warehouse will be closed from Tuesday, 18th February, through to Tuesday, 25th February. During this time, we will have limited capacity to ship goods. If you have any urgent shipping needs, please contact us directly.

- On Friday, 21st February, our office will be closed as we set up our new space. During this day, we will have very limited access to calls and emails.

Workshop Update

We’re thrilled to share that our workshop has officially relocated from Melbourne to Adelaide and will be operational when we open the doors to our new office. This is an exciting shift for OneTemp, as our workshop team will now be functioning alongside our warehouse and office, enabling us to streamline our operations and assist you better.

Important Reminder for Deliveries

From Monday, 24th February, all deliveries—including returns, repairs, and instruments for calibration—must be received at our new address. Please note that any items sent to our old address may be returned to sender, so double-check the address details when sending packages to us.
