The HOBO Soil Moisture Kit is the perfect solution for growers looking to improve their irrigation management and get better crop yields.

The MicroRX, together with the new TEROS Wireless Soil Sensors, provide an ideal soil moisture monitoring system for growers looking to utilise good irrigation management to get better crop yields and thus increase their profits.

The TEROS range of wireless sensors work with the HOBOnet system to not only provide advanced soil moisture (volumetric water content) measurements with better accuracy and precision, but also measure soil temperature, electrical conductivity, and soil water potential (a more accurate way to measure how much water is available to plants).

The HOBO MicroRX stations take advantage of the latest web-enabled technology to remotely monitor sites and to notify growers of important events. HOBOlink Software provides remote access to data from any web browser, offering 24/7 access to your data and the ability to verify your system status, set up and manage alarm notifications, and schedule automated delivery of data, plus a whole lot more.

Another advantage of this system is the ability to add more plug and play or wireless HOBOnet sensors (eg. rain, wind speed/direction, humidity). View the smart sensors range of measurements here >>

Recommended Basic Kit Includes:

*Please note: Ongoing yearly fees will be required after the initial 12 months for the Sim Plan as well as, access to the HOBOlink cloud-base software to manage your site.

HOBOlink is a web-enabled software platform designed for HOBO RX3000/MicroRX Remote Monitoring Systems and HOBOnet Field Monitoring Systems.

Onset HOBOnet Field Monitoring System

Transform the way you collect and view field data! With up to 50 wireless sensors streaming data back to one central, cloud-based weather station, you can now measure conditions over large areas once considered too costly or impractical to monitor.

The NEW HOBOnet Field Monitoring System from Onset provides a cost-effective and scalable solution for web-enabled monitoring of field conditions for applications such as crop management, research, and greenhouse operations.

How to Create a Dashboard in HOBOlink

This video shows users of the Onset HOBOlink cloud service how to create a dashboard for instant visualization of current and historical data. HOBOlink dashboards are a powerful and intuitive way to combine data from multiple Onset HOBO RX3000 or HOBOnet systems and show the data in a single view.

How To Add the Onset HOBOnet Manager to the RX3000 Station

This video explains how to install the Onset HOBOnet Manager in your HOBO RX3000 station. The Manager enables your wireless sensors to join a network and begin taking measurements and transmitting data.

How to Add Sensors to the HOBOnet Wireless Sensor Network

This video will show you how to pair a Onset HOBOnet wireless sensor to its HOBOnet RX3000 weather station.

How to Create a Map View of your HOBOnet Wireless System

This video will show you how to set up the Google Map feature for your HOBOnet Field Monitoring System.
